Pastor Lazeal Moore was born and raised in E. St. Louis, Illinois to Mother Lessie Beatrice Moore and Deacon Wilbur Moore. At an early age, he was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ and received the Holy Ghost under the pastorate of his grandfather - the late Elder Luther Moore.

After the death of his grandfather, Elder Moore became a permanent member of Faith Miracle Temple, under the pastorate of the late Elder Willie G. Baylor, and remained a member under the present pastor, District Elder Larry J. Baylor. At Faith Miracle Temple he was afforded the opportunity to mature and develop as a Minister and Elder which helped him transition into his current pastoral delegation.

Pastor Moore is a man after God's own heart who is greatly used by GOD in the ministry of healing and deliverance. Known for his straightforward, high impact messages, his ministry has brought healing, encouragement, exhortation and comfort to multitudes. His anointed ministry is being used by the Lord Jesus to encourage believers to fulfill their purpose in building the kingdom of GOD. He is a seeker of the Truth, who helps bridge the gap between God and man, while liberating the soul from bondage.

He and his lovely wife Joyce have been married for 26 years and are the parents of one son, Lazeal Moore Jr. and two daughters, Jasmine and Destiny Moore, and one grandson, Tyler Lazeal Moore.
